These Terms govern your use of the Mihfar Interface API gateway, dashboard and prepaid balance. By creating an account or using the API you agree to them. Questions: destek@mihfar.com.
1. The service
Mihfar provides a single, OpenAI-compatible API and dashboard through which you can call AI models run by third-party providers, and Mihfar "virtual" models (such as mihfar-auto) that route each request to a suitable underlying model. Features, models and providers can change over time.
2. Your account and API keys
- You must be at least 18 and give accurate information.
- You are responsible for everything done with your account and API keys, including all charges. Keep keys secret and revoke any that may be exposed.
- One person or organisation per account; do not share credentials.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to break the law, to generate or distribute illegal or abusive content, to attack or overload the platform or other systems, to bypass rate limits or billing, or to violate the usage policies of the underlying AI providers (which apply to your requests as well). We may block requests and suspend accounts that do.
4. Prepaid balance, prices and billing
- The service is pay-as-you-go. You top up a prepaid balance; each API call deducts its cost (per token, or per minute for audio/realtime models) at the price published on the pricing page at the time of the call. Discounts shown there are applied automatically.
- Balances are held in US dollars. Where amounts are shown in Turkish lira, they are converted at the rate displayed on the site.
- Prices may change; changes apply to future usage only.
- The balance is prepaid service credit. It is not a bank deposit or electronic money, earns no interest, cannot be transferred, and is refundable only as set out in our Refund Policy.
- Requests are rejected when the balance is exhausted. A request already running may complete and bring the balance to zero.
5. Payments
Top-ups are processed by third-party payment providers: Creem acts as Merchant of Record for card payments — it is the seller of record for the transaction, calculates and collects any applicable VAT/sales tax, and Creem's own checkout terms apply to the payment — and Shopier handles payments in Turkish lira. We never receive your full card details. Amounts, taxes and fees are shown before you pay.
6. AI output and third-party providers
AI models can produce inaccurate, incomplete or inappropriate output. You are responsible for how you use it and for checking it before relying on it; do not use it as sole basis for legal, medical, financial or other high-stakes decisions. Your requests are processed by third-party providers under their own terms (see our Privacy Policy). You keep the rights you have in your inputs and, as between you and us, in the outputs; we claim no ownership of either.
7. Availability
We work to keep the service running but provide it "as is" and "as available". Upstream providers can be slow, change or fail, and we do not guarantee uptime, specific models, latency or output quality. We may add, change or remove models and features.
8. Suspension and termination
You can stop using the service and ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, or are abusive or fraudulent. Remaining balance on closed accounts is handled under the Refund Policy, except where the account was closed for fraud or abuse.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit or data, or for the content or availability of third-party providers; and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or consumer rights you have under mandatory law.
10. Changes and governing law
We may update these Terms; continued use after the change means you accept it, and material changes are announced on the announcements page. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the competent courts and enforcement offices there have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules that give you the right to sue in your place of residence.
